Kinicos is a veterinary clinic dedicated to reflecting the care and attention they provide to all their clients—both pets and their owners.

Solution

Kinicos’ brand identity draws inspiration from a minimalistic yet inclusive design approach, combining the friendly features of a cat, chihuahua, rottweiler, and pitbull to represent a wide variety of pets. This inclusivity showcases the clinic’s versatility and commitment to caring for all kinds of animals.

The typography is round, approachable, and highly legible, ensuring warmth and accessibility while embedding small details, such as paw prints, to add playfulness and a direct connection to the world of pets.

The monochromatic blue palette was carefully chosen to evoke calmness and trust, essential in a veterinary setting where clients may feel anxious. This color also conveys professionalism, cleanliness, and care—values fundamental to the clinic’s ethos.

The minimalist design philosophy ensures functionality and simplicity, with every element serving a clear purpose. The result is a cohesive, modern, and timeless identity that communicates Kinicos’ dedication to high-quality care and compassion.

Manifesto

“Κυνικός” (kynikós), meaning “dog-like” in ancient Greek, forms the foundation of our identity. It reminds us of the Cynics’ philosophy—living in harmony with nature, finding joy in simplicity, and focusing on what truly matters.

At Kinicos, we embrace this ethos by prioritizing the essentials: the health, happiness, and well-being of pets. Our design reflects these values through clarity, friendliness, and inclusivity. Every pet is treated as a beloved companion, and every client is welcomed with warmth and trust.
